OKTK Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and oktk ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the oktk website at oktk.today and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on oktk, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the oktk platform regardless of how they access it — via web browser, mobile browser, or the oktk mobile app.

oktk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the oktk platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration

To use the full range of oktk services, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible players. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the oktk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

oktk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or at any time thereafter. This may include a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the oktk platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). oktk supports a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services available to Bangladesh players. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. oktk does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

All funds deposited into your oktk account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own name.
• oktk does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers from unverified sources.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you make a mistake.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on oktk are processed as quickly as possible. Most withdrawals are completed within minutes to a few hours, depending on the payment method and the time of the request. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This means you must have completed the identity verification process and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding issues. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• oktk reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before they are processed.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

oktk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general terms, the specific bonus terms shall apply.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds — and in some cases the deposit amount associated with a bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus offer details.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, as specified in the offer.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — unused bonuses will be removed from your account after the stated period.
• oktk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers.

oktk monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected. If you are unsure whether a particular betting strategy is permitted under a bonus offer, contact our support team before proceeding.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the oktk platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are independently verified and published openly on the platform. oktk does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Each game on the oktk platform has its own set of rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you play. oktk is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player not understanding the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be voided and any bets placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. oktk's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oktk platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

oktk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond. If the suspension is found to be in error, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be returned. If the suspension is upheld, any funds remaining in the account after deducting any bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. 09 Privacy and Data Protection

oktk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oktk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical malfunctions, delays in payment processing, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money when using the oktk platform and that oktk is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling. Please only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

12 Changes to These Terms

oktk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the oktk platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
